• Our services do not replace Legionella risk assessments, temperature monitoring, flushing regimes, or other water safety measures
• Our services are not a substitute for proper water management, cleaning, or disinfection procedures
• You must continue to work with qualified water hygiene consultants and maintain appropriate compliance programmes

Our reporting can support your compliance documentation, but responsibility for water safety compliance remains with you as the dutyholder.
