CarbonCare provides non-chemical water treatment solutions including equipment, installation services, monitoring, and reporting. Our Services include:

• Commissioning and evidence packs
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting
• Client portal access for reports and documents

3. Client Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All accounts require approval to protect client data. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel accounts at our discretion.

4. Commercial Terms

Specific commercial terms, including pricing, payment schedules, and service levels, are set out in individual proposals and contracts. These Terms apply in addition to any specific contract terms.

We offer various commercial models including capex purchase, subscription, service agreements, and share-of-savings arrangements. The applicable model will be specified in your contract.

Any estimates, projections, or savings calculations we provide are based on stated assumptions and available data. Actual results may vary based on site conditions, water quality, system usage, and other factors.

Our reporting shows assumptions and ranges — not guarantees. We present conservative and expected ranges to help you understand potential outcomes.

6. Water Safety Compliance

Important: CarbonCare's services support improved system condition and cleanliness. They do not replace your water safety regime or dutyholder responsibilities.

You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable water safety regulations, including (but not limited to) Legionella risk assessments, temperature monitoring, and maintenance programmes.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in our technology, methods, reports, and materials remains our property or that of our licensors. You are granted a limited licence to use reports and materials for your internal business purposes only.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to provide our Services or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

10. Territory

We provide Services worldwide with the exception of China. If you are located in an excluded territory, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
